Serena Gasparini, mum, award winner, speaker and the mastermind behind Sense and Forum, a marketing agency specialising in community strategy. 

A determined entrepreneur with an infectious positive attitude, she is always making things happen and inspiring those around her to do the same. An advocate for mental health, flexible working and women’s empowerment, she is always happy to help others and make a positive change in the world. 

Her impactful work has not gone unnoticed. Serena has been recognised with prestigious awards, including Top 100 Marketers of the Year, 2025 the Digital Women Awards 2023 for Digital Community Leader and as a Finalist in the Hustle Awards 2022 for Inspirational Womxn of the Industry. She has been a speaker at the Community Everywhere Summit, sharing insights on creating safe, diverse, inclusive, and accessible communities.

Hailing from Adelaide, Australia, she is a forward-thinking professional with a passion for crafting thought-provoking community-led growth strategies. She holds a Business Double Degree in Marketing and Event Management from the University of South Australia, a WSET wine certification and recently became a Break Fellow 2022.

In 2014, Serena moved to London from Australia and after some pretty heavy soul-searching, Serena G Consulting was founded in 2019, which she rebranded as Sense & Forum® in 2020. With her expertise in marketing, events and business strategy, Serena has helped numerous female-led and femtech brands thrive in their communities.
