Xenia Neophytou

Xenia Neophytou is the founder of CX Financia, a boutique advisory firm in Cyprus specialising in corporate law, governance, and financial services regulation.

She holds a B.Sc. (Hons), the FCCA designation, and is an Advanced License Holder by the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission.

She has extensive experience as CEO and Board Member of regulated investment firms. Beyond her executive roles, she is a Registered Mediator for financial disputes, a Certified Trainer by the Human Resources Development Authority, and an active contributor to industry committees, including CYFA’s AML & Compliance Affairs Committee and CIFA’s HR & Training Committee. She also serves as a Board Member of the Cyprus-India Business Association.

Through CX Financia, Xenia leads a team that supports clients in multiple jurisdictions with company setup, office relocation, migration, and ongoing compliance with corporate, tax, and financial regulations ensuring smooth, business-focused solutions.
